With experience across the music industry and higher education, I build pathways that connect talent to opportunity.

Explore My Journey

About Me

I’ve spent my career at the intersection of talent, industry, and access—understanding not just how creative careers are built, but how opportunity actually flows.

My foundation is in the music industry, where I worked across record label and music publishing A&R, and talent management—supporting artists, songwriters, and producers behind culturally impactful and commercially successful work. During my time at Warner Music Group and Atlas Music Publishing, I developed a deep understanding of how talent is positioned, how deals are structured, and how careers are built and sustained over time.

That experience shaped how I see the industry today—not just as a collection of opportunities, but as a system. One where access is uneven, where proximity matters, and where the gap between talent and opportunity is often less about ability and more about connection.

Today, as Director of Industry Relations at Berklee College of Music, my work is focused on closing that gap. I lead efforts that connect students directly to the industry through partnerships, programming, and strategic relationships—creating pathways that are intentional, accessible, and built to last.

My work sits at the intersection of industry, education, and leadership. I’m interested in how we build better systems for creative talent, how institutions evolve to meet the moment, and how we prepare the next generation not just to enter the industry—but to navigate it with clarity, confidence, and agency.

I also bring this perspective into the conversations I lead—creating space for honest dialogue that connects the creative and business sides of the industry.
